Ingredients
Oatmilk (8 Oz)
Buttercream Cupcake Protein (1 Scoop)
Butter Extract (1/2 Tsp)
Vanilla Extract (1 Tbsp)
Vanilla Pudding Mix (2 Tbsp)
Instructions
Add 8oz Oatmilk to the blender.
Mix in 1 scoop of Just Move Buttercream Cupcake Protein.
Add 1/2 Tsp butter extract, 1 Tbsp vanilla extract and 2 Tbsp vanilla pudding mix.
Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into a cup and enjoy the creamy goodness!

Yogurt (1 Cup)
Chocolate Cake Protein (1 Scoop)
Buttercream Cupcake Protein (1 Scoop)
Caramel Syrup
Oreos
Instructions
Add 1/2 cup yogurt to the first container.
Add 1/2 cup yogurt to the second container.
Put 1 scoop of Just Move Chocolate Cake Protein into the first container. Stir until smooth.
Put 1 scoop of Just Move Buttercream Cupcake protein powder into the second container. Stir until smooth.
Add caramel syrup to a jar spinning the jar around to coat the inside of the jar.
Add the contents of the first container to the jar.
Add crushed Oreos.
Add the contents of the second container to the jar.
Place the rest of the crushed Oreos on top.

Instructions
Add 1 cup of milk to cup
Mix in 1 scoop of Just Move Buttercream Cupcake Protein.
Add 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar, 1 Tsp of Cinnamon and 1/2 of oats.
Mix in 3/4 cup of plain yogurt and 1 tps of vanilla extract.
Use a hand blender to blend until smooth and creamy.
Add Pecans and Cinnamon as toppings (optional).

Strawberries (1/2 Cup)
Graham Crackers

Add 8-10 oz oatmilk to blender.
Mix in 1 scoop of Just Move Buttercream Cupcake Protein.
Add 2 tsp cream cheese and 1/2 cup strawberries.
Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
Pour the shake into a cup and add Graham Cracker topping.

Mix in 1 scoop Just Move Grandma's Lemon Pound Cake protein.
Add 1/2 cup of blueberries and 1/2 cup of strawberries.
Blend until smooth
